I hereby grant permission for the above described entry to be included in the 2013 Hoffman Challenge Traveling exhibit should it be chosen. There is no restriction on photography of this piece by individuals for their own enjoyment. Promotional photography of the exhibit and use of the photographs at the discretion of the Curator is permitted. I understand I will not be compensated for the use of the images by the Curator for promotional use.
